I knew I was holding the mouse wrong! Thank goodness I also use a wacom pen because holding that mouse wrong is hurtful to my hands! Thanks for the sketches, I plan on correcting my bad habits.

Great info...Not having the right posture might inflict severe injuries to computer users. This post is surely an eye opener. I wonder do all the offices provide the right kind of furniture to help right posture? They should do...
